• 8 Gegrilde Runderworst
• 50g (2 oz) soft margarine
• 100g (4 oz) Cheddar cheese, finely grated
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 pinch salt
• 8 slices thin white bread, crusts removed, and rolled out

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
2. Mix margarine, cheese, mustard and salt in a bowl.
3. Spread mixture onto bread, and roll up sausages in bread.
4. Place on greased baking tray and bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
5. Cut each roll into halves. Serve hot or cold.
