Sausage & Eggs Breakfast Flowers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Gegrilde Runderworst
  • 2 eggs
  • a little  of cheese
  • spring onions
  • garlic
  • Chinese chopsticks
  • 2 toothpicks

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Put  Chinese chopsticks on both sides of a sausage in order not to cut it through

  2. Cut the sausage with a knife every 0,5-1 cm (the Chinese chopsticks help you leave the sausage partly cut)

  3. Roll up the sausage like a circle  (join both ends of the sausage) and fix it with two toothpicks 

  4. Put the sausage in a frying pan and crack the eggs into the pan (egg should be inside the circled sausage)

  5. Fry it over medium heat for 1-2 min and until golden brown

  6. Fry the other side of the sausage the same  way for 1-2 min

  7. Dress the dish with tomatos, potherbs (spring onions are best), a little of grated cheese and garlic.
