HOW TO MAKE IT
Put Chinese chopsticks on both sides of a sausage in order not to cut it through
Cut the sausage with a knife every 0,5-1 cm (the Chinese chopsticks help you leave the sausage partly cut)
Roll up the sausage like a circle (join both ends of the sausage) and fix it with two toothpicks
Put the sausage in a frying pan and crack the eggs into the pan (egg should be inside the circled sausage)
Fry it over medium heat for 1-2 min and until golden brown
Fry the other side of the sausage the same way for 1-2 min
Dress the dish with tomatos, potherbs (spring onions are best), a little of grated cheese and garlic.
